What we collect
A birth date, and optionally a birth time and a gender you select — that's the input the chart calculation needs. If you ask a follow-up question, its text is sent along with your chart to generate a reply. We do not require an account, an email address, or a name to use the reading or compatibility features.
How it's used
Your birth information and any question you type are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the interpretation text you see. For a free reading or compatibility result, we do not maintain a database of it — each one is computed and generated fresh from the parameters in the request. Standard hosting/ server logs (IP address, timestamps) may be retained briefly for abuse prevention (rate limiting) and debugging, and are not used to build a profile of you.
Payments
Deep Report purchases are processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. We never receive or store your card number or other payment credentials — Lemon Squeezy retains what it needs to process the charge and handle tax compliance, governed by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy. To connect a completed payment to your report, we briefly store the birth date/time/gender you provided alongside a random one-time token and a paid/pending status, in our own database (hosted on Supabase). That record is only ever read by our server (never by other users), stops being accepted as valid after one hour regardless of whether it's still sitting in the table, and exists solely to bridge the moment between payment and your report loading — it is not a purchase history feature.
Third parties
We use Anthropic (Claude API) to generate reading text, Lemon Squeezy to process payments, and Supabase to briefly bridge a completed payment to its report (see "Payments" above). We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
Since no account or persistent profile is created, there's nothing to delete on our end beyond what's described above. If you have questions about a specific request (for example, a Deep Report purchase), reach out and we'll help.
