For reflection & entertainment
PAL:JA calculates a traditional Korean Four Pillars (Saju) chart from the birth information you provide and generates an AI-written interpretation of it. This is offered for reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing in a reading or report should be treated as a diagnosis, a prediction of future events, or an instruction to take or avoid any real-world action. Decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or legal matters should be made with a qualified professional, not with this service.
What the service does
You provide a birth date, and optionally a birth time and gender. The chart is calculated deterministically from those inputs. An AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) then generates written interpretation text grounded in that chart. Readings, compatibility results, and Go Deeper are all generated live for each request — nothing is pre-written or templated beyond the underlying calculation.
Payment — Go Deeper & Premium
Two paid products, both processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record — we never see or store your card details; Gumroad handles payment directly, and Gumroad (not us) is the seller you're transacting with for tax and billing purposes. Go Deeper is a one-time purchase ($9 USD at time of writing) for a single chart's report; because it's generated and delivered immediately after payment, that purchase is final — if something goes wrong on our end and you never receive a working report, contact us and we'll make it right (a re-generation or a refund, our choice, at our discretion). Premium is a recurring subscription ($5.99/mo or $39.99/yr at time of writing) that renews automatically until you cancel — you can cancel any time directly through Gumroad, and your Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; we don't provide partial refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period.
Accounts and guarantees
Calculating a chart never requires an account. A one-time Go Deeper purchase is tied to a private link generated at purchase time — treat that link like a receipt; anyone who has it can view the report. Premium is different: it's tied to your signed-in account (so it works the same across every device), matched to it by the email you use at Gumroad checkout — sign in before subscribing so that match always finds an account. We provide the service "as is", without warranty of any kind, and are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
